Who we are

AutomationTK is a UK-based automation studio. Contact: hello@automationtk.com.

Automation TK refers to Automation Toolkit. The hub is operated by AutomationTK alongside the services website at automationtk.com.

What this hub currently does

The hub publishes information about tools that are still being built, and lets you create an account to follow tools, set email preferences and join shared workspaces.

The guest waitlist is not open yet. This notice will be extended before it accepts details.

Information we hold for accounts

Account records: the sign-in identifier from our authentication provider, your verified email address, and optionally a display name, timezone and locale.

Interests and email preferences: the topics you choose, the consent wording you agreed to and when you agreed to it, so we only send what you asked for.

Workspace membership: which personal, household or team workspace you belong to and your role in it.

Security records: if two-step sign-in is on, a one-time code is emailed to you. We store only a scrambled form of each code, which expires after 10 minutes. We also keep a log of sign-in code requests, security setting changes and administrative access, so we can protect your account.

Operational records: email delivery outcomes.

What we will not collect here

The hub is not a store for the contents of your tools. We do not want your task text, calendar entries, legal research, documents, household details or messages in the hub.

We do not ask for a company, phone number, age or your legal problem in order to register interest.

Marketing and your choices

Emails about a tool you asked about are separate from wider AutomationTK news, which needs its own explicit opt-in.

You will be able to unsubscribe from a single topic or stop all optional emails, without needing to sign in. Necessary security and account messages are identified separately and never carry marketing.

Focus Scheduler (draft addendum, preview wording)

Focus Scheduler is not available yet. When it launches it will be operated by Automation TK Limited, United Kingdom. This section will be completed before launch.

Today the hub stores only your Focus Scheduler setup choices: that you started setup, your adult personal-use confirmation, your timezone, and whether you chose AI capture and which notice version you saw. No tasks, calendar data, Google or Telegram details are stored.

When built, your tasks will be held in our backend and shown in your chosen Google Sheet. Google hosts your sheet and calendars, Telegram carries bot messages, and an AI provider reads optional text or voice you send for capture, only if you turn AI on.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hello@automationtk.com.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
